1866-68 CIvil Rights/14th Amendment, Federal, Black Citizens of Super Citizenship Status Activist; Founder and Vice President of Justiceville, 501-c3 Corporation

Born March 9, 1951, Columbus, Georgia, Ted Hayes, is eldest son of a WWII Combat Veteran, “Buffalo Soldier”, the 92nd Infantry Division, and a patriotic, black citizen by the exclusive US Constitutional authority of the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of federal, super citizenship status, which prophet Martin Luther King, Jr. identifies as “The Promissory Note.”

Based in Los Angeles for the last 36 years (1985-2021), Ted Hayes, the nation’s foremost Civil Rights/homelessness resolution activist; and is fervently seeking to recruit and build a We the People body politic in preparation for White House negotiations for his National Homeless Plan. (NHP)
