Aaron was Nominated by Broadwayworld.Com as The best Cabaret/Concert Artist in Los  Angeles for his " Into The Cole " show performing some of the music of Nat King Cole.

Aaron Akins is known to music lovers worldwide for his song " I just wanna luv u " in the the film Black Butterfly starring Antonio Banderas. And his performance as Herbie Hancock in Netflix's smash hit and Emmy Winner " I think you should leave " by Tim Robinson.

He has opened for The Chairman of American Comedy Bop Hope at The Hollywood Palladium.  Also, Aaron was honored to perform at the Vatican on Christmas Day, 1999 for the Great Jubilee , singing for the Pope.
