Monty Seward From his early beginnings singing in church at the age of 5, to the New Orleans Jazz Festival at 19, Monty has always shown signs of greatness. Fast forward to his recent stellar performance at the San Diego Smooth Jazz Festival in June of 2018. The soulful & smooth voice of keyboard player, singer-songwriter, and producer Monty Seward, coupled with his love for Jazz and R&B, has come to fruition in an eclectic collection of tasteful Smooth Jazz instrumentals and Urban AC vocal tunes that will please the appetite of most. Former staff writer for Quincy Jones, Monty Seward has written, produced or performed with such notables as Howard Hewett, Kelly Clarkson, Chante Moore, James Ingram, The Jacksons, Isley Brothers, and many more. Monty has chosen to step beyond the side-man & producer roles to center stage. Look for Monty’s hot new single Gettin’ Better, which features Eric Darius and was released earlier this year.
