WHAT I DO:
I am a business investor, a specialist in driving growth organically and through acquisition, with strong partnerships across a number of sectors and geographies, I work with business owners looking to retire and, as an ethical investor, agree a way for them to retire, their legacy to be maintained and developed and their employees to continue.
Through my mastermind programmes and mentoring, I also work with business owners who want to grow their own businesses over the next 3 years organically and through acquisition and help them prepare their business for the best possible valuation and help them achieve the sale.
Using my proven business growth and scaling model, 'The Strategy Compass', I work with business owners to develop the right strategies to scale, grow revenue & profit and exit their business. I help distressed business requiring turnaround assistance. I work with business owners who are successfully stuck, frustrated to have not yet found how to scale or those with cashflow challenges. I help them go from surviving to thriving in their business and life.
I have grown the annual recurring revenue of a SaaS business 80% in 9 months, taken an M&E Contracting business from £11m to £19m in 18 months and doubled numerous businesses in a year.
From qualifying as a prize winning Chartered Accountant, I developed the skills in peak performance coaching, strategy, marketing, business turnaround and performance improvement through high calibre training with world leaders and then honing those skills in blue chip companies such as HSBC, Ford, Fresenius Kabi, Rio Tinto and The United Nations.
I then gained extensive experience work with SME business owners founders, developing the growth strategies that delivered significant growth, often doubling. I have privilege to have a significant influence on the turnaround and growth stories of numerous SMEs.
I am a sought after business speaker, having been retained by HSBC for a 2 Year National Speaking Tour: ‘Strategies for Growth’ and has spoken internationally in places such as Las Vegas. I am the host of popular podcast “The Business Mastermind”.
