About me

I have 29 years of experience as a licensed occupational therapist and wellness practitioner. I am a certified trauma-centered Neuro Coach and mindfulness trainer. Over the years, I have embraced my passion for learning and applying holistic modalities for mind-body healing in my personal and professional life. In addition, I am also a Reiki master practitioner and certified instructor in the art of Qigong. My mission is to inspire, empower, and educate my clients by teaching courses that use brain-enhancing tools for self-improvement and resilience. I find it very rewarding to teach my clients modalities to self-regulate the nervous system through breathwork and a mindful movement practice that incorporates a blend of Qigong moves and somatic and intuitive dance. I am the author of the e-book Chaos to Clarity-Taming the Unfocused Brain and the founder and trainer of Neuro Wellness Academy. Growing up in Argentina and living in different countries, I integrate my eclectic background and experience into my practice. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and Hebrew, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients.
