These days, my speaking schedule takes me all over the world. This year alone I’ll be making more than 40 appearances. When people ask me, “How in the world do you do it?” all I can do is smile and say, BrainTap. My regular routine is a Wake-Up session before I get out of bed, an afternoon reboot, and a Go-to-Sleep session at bedtime, which keeps me operating at peak performance. Whenever I travel through time zones, I do a session on the plane and then again after I check in at the hotel. This prevents jet lag and keeps me out in the world doing what I love most.
