Healing is possible.That's the message that guides everything I do. Hi, I’m Demet Ozuturk, Founder of Thrive Beyond Trauma Center. I’m a survivor, trauma educator, speaker, and advocate dedicated to transforming pain into purpose. Through trauma-informed education, nervous system healing, and compassionate leadership, I help individuals, organizations, and communities understand that healing is possible and resilience can be learned. My mission is to break the stigma surrounding trauma, inspire hope, and create safer, more connected workplaces and communities. Whether I’m speaking, teaching, or developing programs, my goal is always the same: to help people move beyond survival and thrive. I’m honored to represent survivors through RISE and use every opportunity to elevate the conversation around trauma recovery, resilience, and healing.
