About me

Hi, I’m Adrienne Tichy — Recovery Strategist, Recovery Community Owner, and founder of the Recovery Comes Home program. After surviving years of critical illness — including two comas, five surgeries, and a four-month stay in hospice — I refused to let my story end in suffering. Instead, I turned it into service. For over 16 years, my husband Jim and I have helped thousands of families rebuild their lives through our residential recovery community, The Lodge at Delray Beach. And now, we’re meeting families where they are — literally — through Recovery Comes Home, a yearlong program designed to bring guidance, structure, and support into the comfort and privacy of your own home. What drives me? A simple but powerful truth: we connect families affected by addiction as they heal together. Because no one should have to walk this road alone. When I’m not working with families, you’ll find me at the beach with Jim and our two K-9 daughters, dreaming up ways to make recovery more compassionate, more ethical, and more accessible — one home at a time.
