About me

My passion is to engage 100 million people (1% of the world population) in pursuing vibrant health through natural living and world peace through loving relationships. My travels in 21 countries before age 20 set me on a path to make the world happier and healthier. First, I started a law practice with an international law firm. But then I realized I could have a more significant impact teaching parents how to raise healthier, happier children. So I became certified in applied clinical nutrition, earned a master's degree in theology, and built a family therapy practice at my Institute for Creative Solutions. My books, speaking, workshops, and courses have helped tens of thousands of people to live healthier, happier lives. A frequent guest expert on over 50 top TV network shows, 100s of radio shows, and dozens of podcasts, I am always eager to give practical everyday tips that you won't hear anywhere else.
