About me

Hi! I’m Liliane, founder of Lymph Bright, a massage practice specialized in the lymphatic drainage techniques, based in Orange County, California. When I became a Licensed Massage Therapist more than 20 years ago, I knew that I had discovered a practice that could impact people to live healthier, and joyful with their body. My interest began as a young girl in Brazil where I grew up giving and receiving Brazilian-style massages. I continued to learn and grow, moved to the United States in 1997, and right after, I became a licensed massage therapist. Throughtout the years, I specialized in the lymphatic drainage modality. I got certified in the CDT (Complete Decongestive Therapy), and the “Vodder” technique at the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. I became passionate about helping clients with mild edemas to severe Lymphedema, as well as neuromuscular pain & inflammation. I developed my own protocol, mixing techniques, and various therapeutic modalities that include manual lymphatic drainage, myofacial release, cross-fiber fiction, cupping, and others. Lymph Bright was created to promote a safe space where we can nurture and empower people in their healing journey, and during times of emotional and physical healing. Every therapist at Lymph Bright is trained and certified in the Lymph Bright protocol, a combination of European and Brazilian massage techniques, and lymphatic drainage, that focuses on the stimulation and treatment of the lymphatic system, as well as the detoxification of the muscular system, to strengthen the immune system. Our team brings several years of experience for the detoxification of the lymphatic system to promote wellness, healing and recovery for post-surgery, throughout pregnancy and postpartum events, as well as to alleviate symptoms of swelling and pain caused by lymphedema and other types of edemas. Today we serve men and women in the Southern California area, and we look forward to contribute to your health and wellness goals as well!
