Hi, I'm Sonya Figueiredo - founder of Mindful Transitions and a women's coach trained in Mindset (Quantum) thinking, transformational coaching and inner child work. I work with high-achieving women who look like they've got it all together - but behind the scenes, they're overwhelmed, burnt out, and quietly wondering, "is this really it?"
