About me

As a certified Health Care Aide & Teen-suicide-attempt Survivor I wrote a program to empower students ages 8 to 18 to recognize and cope with the saddest emotions they might experience; which are collectively called “hopelessness.” This initiative created an army of superheroes ready with understanding, and compassion to help their friends, class mates, and relatives to cope with life’s challenges. This training is as important as understanding how to cross a busy street safely. I hope your child, niece, nephew,r grandchild will join us in saving lives!
