Your 2020 Ms. Elite United States Woman of Achievement, hails from Chicago, Il, and is a former multi-titleholder, talent sensation, Director and Producer. Angelique Marie has been dubbed the ‘voice of an Angel’, yet with the power of a thunderous belt, she has an extensive repertoire ranging from Classical and Opera to Broadway, Pop, R&B, Latin and Rock. Being trained classically and able to sing in 5 different languages, her love for soul music inspires her to sing with contemporary flair. Angelique Marie is a DePaul University Psychology and Columbia College Performing Arts Graduate. Some of her favorite artistic credentials include "Phantom of the Opera" (Christine), "Jesus Christ Superstar" (Simon), "Guys and Dolls" (Sarah Brown), "Aladdin" (Jasmine), and "Stop, In The Name of Love" (Rita). She learned from the best and her career elevated as a 25 year Professional Vocalist, Actress & Model to Artistic Director, Producer, Event/Pageant Director and Vocal Instructor for over 26 Full Scale Musical Productions, hundreds of Awards Shows, Pageants, Concerts and Live Shows across the nation including her favorite productions: RENT, Fame, Wicked Journey To Oz, Les Misérables, and of course her renowned National Pageant, Miss American Achievement Pageants- a sister program to Woman of Achievement (WOA). She owns HALO Events- California's Event ‘One Stop Production Shop’ which supports Talent for Epilepsy and Rock Against Trafficking...always living by her mantra: “Life is a gift; and it is the privilege, responsibility, and opportunity to give something back, by becoming more…”.
