Some people take the spotlight because they enjoy attention, others find themselves inadvertently in the public view, yet others have a powerful message to share with the world, a message so impactful that is life-changing and people need it for their own inspiration, motivation, and encouragement.
I’m glad to share that I’ll be joining Matt Doyle on TAP interviews, for a conversation about workforce optimization, and how organizations can prevent costly lawsuits brought by employees, manage company reputation, and avoid loss of revenues.
It really comes down to understanding human diversity and intercultural communication, team building and development, leadership and empowerment, along with the connective power of storytelling based on lived experiences. People are the most competitive advantage for any organization and their being included, respected, and given the chance to learn and grow is what ultimately leads to personal and business success in the long term.
We will also talk about the EZWay media platform and how it helps members and guests increase their visibility, credibility, as well as brand and business expansion.
I joined EZWay last year, in 2025, and it took me a while to get familiar with the multitude of platforms within the platform, options, and opportunities offered to all members from basic to platinum membership.
Everyone is included here; everyone is given attention and a spot to highlight their activity regardless of the level of involvement with the media platform. I wish I had been more engaged with EZWay from the beginning, but I needed some time to assimilate some of the many benefits it has to offer and make full use of what’s available for each membership type.
What I enjoy the most is the blogging feature, as I absolutely love writing, from magazine articles to movie screenplays, fiction, nonfiction, and anything else in between. The cool part is that the blogs are then reposted on the Wall of Fame, on the EZWay News, and on other video platforms which together offer additional exposure and networking opportunities for the author.
I look forward to the next steps in my collaborative journey with EZWay Network.
