Global Childhood Malnutrition

Globally a child dies approximately every 10 sec from hunger related causes. Severe malnutrition affects 45 million children around the world each year. Malnutrition kills more children than AIDS, malaria and TB combined.

In the US 13.5% households experience hunger which is a shorter term version of malnutrition. In America millions are one job loss, one medical emergency or one paycheck away from significant hunger.

Malnutrition is the single largest contributor to disease around the world and is entirely preventable. The world does produce enough food for all- the problem is access to the food in remote parts of the world.

You are welcome to join an EZ Way event on Global Childhood Malnutrtion on Wed April 16, 2025. You will learn the depth of the problem and how you can become a part of the solution. It will take many of us to tackle a problem of this magnitude but you will learn about models that work and how you can get involved.

After watching the presentation you can set up a 30 min visit to talk more about the seriousness of the problem and how you can get involved.

Heartfelt thanks for your attention and participation!
